OMP Application Form

The information on this form will assist us in determining if the Owner Manager Program is right for you and will also assist the facilitators / presenters to tailor their presentations to your specific circumstances.

All information and data you provide in this application will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used by Australian Owner Manager, and other than indicated, will not be given to any other person or organisation.

Blocks 1- 4 begin at 10:00am on Wednesday and run through to 2:00pm on Friday.
Block 5 begins at 10:00am on Wednesday and runs through to Saturday morning.
OMP+ (Block 6) is a single day run in the CBD of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
