OMP+ was created at the request of Owner Manager Program (OMP) alumni who were looking to continue the OMP journey with ongoing assistance with execution and implementation.
Participants leave the Owner Manager Program with clear direction and a plan for the future, but the ongoing execution of those ideas and plans can be a challenge. OMP+ is designed to bridge that gap by challenging owners and holding them accountable on a regular basis.
Whether you’ve just finished the program, or you participated many years ago, all OMP alumni are eligible for OMP+.
Delivered as a group program, OMP+ provides ongoing support, advice and accountability from dedicated OM Advisors and business peers on a regular basis.
OMP+ includes use of the OM Financial Insights Report and OM Execution Plan, quarterly full day/night group sessions, and six-weekly individual online check-in meetings with your assigned OM Advisor.
The program is also designed to align with and complement OMX so alumni have both ongoing development and regular connection, along with in-depth group sessions to help them action their plans.
