At the conclusion of the Owner Manager Program participants feel invigorated, motivated, re-engaged and inspired within their business. They have clarity and direction for the future and have made incredible connections with their peers and facilitators.
OMP+ was created at the request of Owner Manager Program (OMP) alumni who were looking to continue the OMP journey with ongoing connection, feedback, and development. The program is designed around quarterly panel and content sessions exclusively for OMP alumni.
Whether you’ve just finished the program, or you participated many years ago, all OMP alumni are eligible for OMP+, kicking off May 2022.
When finishing the Owner Manager Program, alumni regularly ask for more opportunities to gather with their colleagues and facilitators to stay on track. OMP+ was developed as a structured way to advance the Owner Manager Program learnings and continue the clarity and focus achieved.
Through a flexible annual subscription, you participate in quarterly (or less) panel-style in-person catch ups to review how your personal and business progress, revise and adapt if necessary and be challenged by your peers and facilitators. It’s like an ongoing peer advisory board without any vested interests.
This is a unique opportunity to maintain the strategies developed in OMP and achieve your business and personal goals. Additionally, you’ll have access to regular webinars, resources, tools and templates to build upon the learnings from the Owner Manager Program.

OMP+ is for alumni who want…
The blocks are a structured day/ night to challenge you on you, your business, and your role in the business. They include a combination of facilitated checkin and review, OMP style panel sessions, expert content, guest speakers, dinner and networking.
Each day will include a content session and guest speaker to challenge your thinking on key aspects of business or topical issues currently faced in the business world. Similar to OMP, the sessions will be structured around both learning and application to ensure regular change and improvement.
OMP participants often comment on the clarity and direction that comes from the panel sessions. They are like your own personal advisory board to help you not only review the last quarter, make plans moving forward, or gain feedback on key issues or opportunities that you’re working on. Similar to OMP, each group of 5 owners will include an external panellist to provide feedback and focus.
The days are structured to include both evening dinner and accommodation to allow plenty of opportunity for connection with other alumni business owners, facilitators, or panelists.
