Owner Manager Program (OMP)

The flagship Owner Manager Program is designed for and exclusive to the owners of businesses with an annual revenue between $3m and $100m. It’s a holistic program that forces owners to step back and be challenged on every facet of their business while reflecting on their own personal performance and well-being.

Small Business Owner Program (SBO)

Small Business Owner Program was developed in response to significant interest from the owners of smaller businesses wanting to participate in the proven approach of the Owner Manager Program. The program follows a similar model as OMP, but tailored to smaller sized businesses. It is designed for and specific to owners of businesses with an annual revenue between $750k and $3m and at least five staff.

OM Leadership Program (OML)

The OM Leadership Program (OML) is the only leadership program in Australia designed specifically for senior managers in private businesses. OML is a practical, hands on program focused on the application of leadership and management expertise in private businesses. With that in mind, it covers a broad range of topics relevant to private business managers.

Team Leader Masterclass

A 3-day practical, intensive, skills-based leadership masterclass designed for operational team leaders. The course shifts the mindset of Team Leaders and enhances their skills to lead and achieve greater results through their team.
