Upper House Rakes in More Awards!

Following the success of Aria Property Group’s Upper House winning the Development of the Year – High-Density Residential Award at the Urban Developer Awards, we are thrilled to announce even more accolades for this iconic project.

The penthouse at Upper House has now secured three prestigious awards at the 2024 HIA Brisbane Kitchen & Bathroom Awards:

Kitchen of the Year
New Bathroom over $50,000
New Kitchen over $50,000

Additionally, Upper House has also been recognised with the Best Tall Building 100-199 Metres 2024 Award of Excellence and the Space Within Award 2024 Award of Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
