Woollam Constructions have launched a new internal Innovation Award because they wanted to challenge their staff to consider “If you think something could be done better, we want you to lead the way in making a change!”
The award program involves expert input, personal development opportunities and mentorship from industry professionals, who will award an innovation to be implemented into the business.
