Elston’s Golden Year

Elston Customised Financial Solutions, lead by Andrew McKie (OMP2), had a golden year in 2018 winning several coveted industry awards.

Elston kicked off its streak with three nominations at the IFA Excellence Awards. Best Client Servicing Company, Goals-Based Adviser of the Year (Lynda McKie) and Brett Ulrick Innovator of the Year (Lynda McKie).

The Elston Asset Management followed that up by winning the inaugural IMAP – Institute of Managed Account Professionals Innovation award. The award recognised the team for approaching managed accounts with a true ‘end client’ focus and innovative ability to embrace technology to assist with communications and transparency.

A number of individual advisers were also recognised throughout the year. Brett Ulrick won the IFA Goals Based Adviser of the Year Award and Sunitha Chamala won the Women in Financial Services Rising Star of the Year Award.

In addition, Elston had four advisers named as part of Barron’s Top 50 Financial Advisers in Australia. Mark Schultz, Dean Ireland, Darren Withers and Tim McLaughlan.
