It’s like a residential business education, coaching, networking, mentoring and advisory program that follows a proven philosophy and process that has been tested and refined for more than a decade.

The core of the program includes five x 3-day residential monthly workshops where business owners are challenged by their peers, facilitators, subject experts, coaches and mentors.

Why is NAB Supporting the program?
As Australia’s biggest business bank, NAB is acutely aware of the importance of fostering a strong and resilient small and medium enterprise (SME) sector, given the critical role these businesses play in the health and growth of Australia’s economy.

NAB is keen to play its part in tackling the challenges the sector faces and are a number of those challenges are addressed by the Owner Manager Program. NAB Chief Customer Officer, Business and Private, Anthony Healy said,

Program Feedback
The partnership follows a successful pilot scheme undertaken in 2018 which saw NAB support a dozen business owners with part scholarships to complete the Program.

How do the NAB part scholarships work?
NAB are offering selected clients and high growth businesses a $5,000 + GST part scholarship towards the program fee. There are also some additional part scholarships available for female business owners.
