The information on this form will assist us to determine if OML is right for you and also will assist the facilitators/ presenters to tailor their presentation to your specific circumstances.
All information and data you provide in this application will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used by Australian Owner Manager, and other than indicated will not be given to any other person/ organisation.
This form should be completed by all applicants who plan to complete the OM Leadership Program.

Block 1-2 begin at 10:00am on day 1 and runs through to 3:00pm on day 3.
Block 3 is a one day program starting at 9am followed by an early evening drinks reception and presentations.
The program fee is $10,950 + GST*
*For leaders from Owner Manager Program alumni businesses: $9,950 + GST
This covers all materials, business, psych and medical assessments, accommodation, meals etc. The only things that are not included in your program fee are travel to the venue and drinks.
