Jasmin Robertson (OMP7) from Roza’s Gourmet was featured on the cover of NAB’s Business View magazine this winter.
The article titled “My Inspirational Mum” details the evolution of Roza’s Gourmet from selling sauces made in their home kitchen and sold at their driveway to a business that is growing 40% each year.
In the article Jasmin is quoted as saying:
“Mum’s approach with her food was always gourmet but the fact that they’re fresh, all natural, made with free-range eggs, it ticks a lot of boxes for people looking for heathier, authentic foods, and also gluten-free and dairy-free foods,” she says. “It’s been fortuitous that over the last five years the health and gourmet food sectors have converged. Roza’s neatly fits into both.”
