Aria Property Group stunning 120m waterfall in South Brisbane

Aria Waterfall

Aria Property Group (Tim Forrester OMP1) have received development approval for a showstopping 33-storey residential tower with a 120m waterfall feature in South Brisbane.

The development application was submitted more than a year ago and suffered several delays as community groups protested the potential impact of the waterfall on the streetscape.

The new tower will include 216 residential units, ground floor cafes, retail and office spaces and feature a 750sqm public park with outdoor cinema, community garde, public art, ampitheatre and kid’s play area.

This new development sees Aria continue its program of revitalisation in the South Brisbane Fish Lane district.
