Aria Property Group’s proposed development has Australia’s largest communal spaces

Tim Forrester’s (OMP1) Aria Property Group have submitted a development application for  an apartment building featuring Australia’s largest communal spaces.

The proposed 30 floor tower in South Brisbane has plans for a running track, dog park, car share scheme and a wine bar.

The property developer could break another record with a podium featuring more than 150 oversized terracotta pots set to become Australia’s largest living green wall.
