OM Leadership Program Aug 2019 [Completed]

The next OM Leadership Program, a unique leadership program is scheduled to begin late August 2019 in Queensland.

This unique leadership program was crafted in response to demand from business owners. They were looking for some way to develop the skills and capabilities of their senior leadership teams.

Over a period of 3 months – and under the guidance of lead facilitator Mandy Johnson -participants are challenged. They are required to learn new models, broaden and practice their business skills and build networks of like-minded individuals from a range of industries.

A core requirement of the OM Leadership Program requires all participants to complete a project. This is done in consultation with the business owner that will deliver real value to the business.
