2020 Program Dates

The Owner Manager Business Program dates for 2020 have been released. With the support of NAB, OMP13 has kicked off in Sydney this week, Melbourne in mid-February, and then Brisbane in early March.

The Programs have been running successfully for some time now in both New Zealand and Australia. Each program is uniquely developed to meet the needs of the participants and businesses involved. Owner Manager Program Transformative

Over the years the Owner Manager Business Program has been described by participants as transformative. “There is a special kind of alchemy that occurs when you bring together a group of like-minded business owners,” said Australian Owner Manager Executive Director Rob Douglas. “Business Owners are often isolated and under-resourced. There is often a palpable sense of energy in the room when participants realise other owners are facing similar opportunities and challenges as they are.”

“We connect participants with presenters who have real experience in creating extraordinary businesses. Participants find their tribe, reconnect with their passion and develop a clear blueprint of what to do next,” said Rob.

Participants of the Owner Manager Business Program consistently report improved profitability, business satisfaction and work-life balance. “The Owner Manager Program gave me the tools I needed to improve my business,” said John Keleher, co-owner of Australian Lawn Concepts. “It stepped us through a journey that was at a pace I could implement my learning’s while conducting my business.”

Owner Manager Business Program Promotes Access

“The Owner Manager Business Program gave us access to speak to successful business owners and experts. These people are generally out of our day to day reach. People I would never have been able to talk to without this program,” said Lou Mostert of ABP Group. “The facilitators have been first class. They have a genuine interest and passion for making sure your business is on the right track.”

Australian Owner Manager is building a unique network and education opportunities for mid-size business owners. “We are privileged to be able to work with extraordinary businesses and owners and help them develop their next steps, whether that be growth, succession or exit,” said Rob.
