OML5 participants celebrate milestone accomplishment. The first quarter of the year has been an exciting time for our OML5 (Owner Leadership Program) participants as they race right past the finish line, completing the final Block 3 session at the offices of PwC Brisbane.

The cohort come from a diverse mix of businesses and industries backgrounds such as construction, property, technology, education, engineering, and consumable wholesalers. They have provided a rich source of different perspectives and support; this really shone through during their project presentations conducted during block 3.

Project Presentations

The project presentations are a beneficial and an advantageous learning process for  individuals and groups. They are faced with different business challenges and suggestions on how to overcome them in a multitude of ways. It just goes to show that there is a lot we can learn from each other. In addition, the program covered an array of fundamental skills and practical applications in areas from Finance insights through to the principals and effectiveness of marketing.

Congratulations to all OML5 Participants.  The OML5 group have been our most successful in terms of turn out numbers. Due to the high in demand of registrations and interest in attending the Leadership Program course, we have been delighted to not only hear but see the success in this course due to its popularity. We are looking forward to sharing the next set of challenges, information and solutions offered in our next programs.
