Clarity, Focus, and deep Connections was the overwhelming feedback from OMP21 VIC Cohort. Congratulations to everyone! It was lovely for the Owner Manager Program to be back in Victoria and the positive thoughts of this group were summed up eloquently.

Group Reflections:
I lacked clarity (previously) on my role in the business and what value I brought to the team. It’s now become very clear. I don’t think I’ve ever become more clear in what my job is.

Now have a focus and direction to know what I need to do. I have all the skills and documentation that we need for each part of the process to get there.

Deep dive into business. Really opened my eyes.

I realised I have the ability, I have the focus and I still have the drive to keep going!

The camaraderie with other business owners.

I started the business out of survival and, having not taken a holiday for over 18 years. I lost track of fun & adventure. Being around everyone in the room has reminded me that what it’s about.

Made me appreciate things. Being around a group of people and being able to talk about business and has given me more drive to do bigger things.

I really look forward to catching up with everyone. Long-lasting friendships. Being around like-minded people. The whole thing has been a really good experience.
